Our Leadership

Joseph Wulf

Joseph R. Wulf is a dedicated executive and veteran advocate and is committed to advancing the mission of the Resurrecting Lives Foundation by leveraging expertise in nonprofit governance, strategic fundraising, and community partnerships. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Joseph served from 1991 to 1999, providing specialized maintenance support on exhaust systems and low-observable technologies for the F-117 Stealth Fighter. He completed three separate deployments to the Middle East in support of Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Watch.  He contributed to mission readiness by ensuring aircraft met all operational and safety standards under high-pressure, combat-support conditions. His military service instilled in him a lifelong dedication to mission readiness, accountability, and teamwork.

Today, Joseph brings that same spirit to his work in veteran advocacy and community leadership. As a volunteer leader with Amvets Post 51, he has successfully organized benefit events and fostered collaborations with local businesses to generate critical funding for veteran-centered programs. Successfully organized and promoted a high-impact fundraising event with live and silent auctions. Along with helping to raise critical funding to support Resurrecting Lives Foundation initiatives.

In addition to his advocacy work, Joseph served as a board member for the Central Ohio YMCA (Gahanna), where he helped to guide community-based programs that strengthen families and promote wellness. His professional experience in aviation further complements his leadership style. Supporting mission-critical operations by delivering timely, on-site technical solutions that ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and peak performance.

Joseph holds a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is a certified Airframe and Powerplant technician. He resides in Pataskala, Ohio, where he remains deeply engaged in civic and veteran-focused initiatives.
